Job Description :
Provides financial information to management by maintaining and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports and handling admin related work
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & maintain all the accounts of the business including revenue recognition, Ledger, day Book, Bank reconciliation, Cash book etc.
- Record and manage expenses, salaries, petty cash and bank accounts of the company on a day to day basis.
- Handle all payments for external suppliers / vendors and record the same in a prescribed format.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Handle general administration of the company including Managing office facility - includes office maintenance, AMC’s, Asset maintenance, purchases, issuance and record keeping, Vendor coordination, Purchases, and general services.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic Accounts mandatory
- Use of Excel and prior use of a accounting software is beneficial.
Other Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- Preferably B.Com/ MBA - Finance
